Customer satisfaction is important to EYEGAZE. Please read the following Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Eligibility for Refund or Return

Refunds or returns are strictly applicable only under the following conditions:

  • The product is received in a cracked, broken, or physically damaged condition
  • The damage must be present at the time of delivery
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product

Proof of Damage

To process a refund or return, customers must provide:

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product
  • Images of the original packaging, including courier labels
  • Order details such as order number and proof of purchase

Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.

Return Process

  • Customers must contact us via eyegazeenterprise25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
  • Once approved, instructions for return (if required) will be provided
  • Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
  • Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during purchase
  • Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank

Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases

Refunds or returns will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind or wrong selection
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
  • Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery
  • Late reporting beyond 48 hours after receiving the product

EYEGAZE reserves the right to reject any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
