  • The return request must be made within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged due to misuse are not eligible for return or refund.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Custom prescription lenses
  • Clearance or sale items

  2. Provide your order number, proof of purchase, and a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos of the defective or incorrect item.

Please do not return any item without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.


4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days to your original method of payment.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except when the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, a different color or style), please contact us within 7 days.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.


6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.
We will replace the item or issue a full refund (including shipping fees) after verification.
