Customer satisfaction is important to EYEGAZE. Please read the following Refund & Return Policy carefully before making a purchase.
Eligibility for Refund or Return
Refunds or returns are strictly applicable only under the following conditions:
- The product is received in a cracked, broken, or physically damaged condition
- The damage must be present at the time of delivery
- The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product
Proof of Damage
To process a refund or return, customers must provide:
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged product
- Images of the original packaging, including courier labels
- Order details such as order number and proof of purchase
Failure to provide sufficient evidence may result in rejection of the request.
Return Process
- Customers must contact us via eyegazeenterprise25@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery
- Once approved, instructions for return (if required) will be provided
- Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless otherwise stated
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days
- Refunds will be made via the original payment method used during purchase
- Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank
Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Cases
Refunds or returns will NOT be provided for:
- Change of mind or wrong selection
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling
- Items that have been used, altered, or tampered with after delivery
- Late reporting beyond 48 hours after receiving the product
EYEGAZE reserves the right to reject any refund or return request that does not comply with this policy.
